What materials do you use?

At ORALYA JEWELRY, we carefully select high-quality materials to craft jewelry that is both meaningful and long-lasting. Here's a look at the materials we use:

· 925 Sterling Silver
Made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper, it's known for its brilliance and durability—perfect for everyday elegance.

· 18K Gold Vermeil over Sterling Silver
A thick layer of 18K gold plated over 925 silver, offering the luxurious look of gold with silver’s strength and affordability.

· 14K Gold Filled (U.S. Standard)
A durable and high-quality finish made by bonding a thick layer of 14K gold to a metal core (usually brass) under heat and pressure. Unlike regular plating, gold-filled jewelry won’t easily tarnish or wear off and is suitable for sensitive skin.

· Natural Freshwater Pearls
Known for their soft luster and irregular beauty, each pearl is naturally unique—an elegant touch from nature.

· Baroque Pearls
Artistically irregular in shape, baroque pearls bring individuality and charm to every piece.

· Natural Gemstones
We use carefully selected natural stones like sapphire, emerald, ruby, tiger’s eye, and agate—each with its own story and energy.

· Cubic Zirconia (CZ)
A sparkling, durable alternative to diamonds, CZ stones offer brilliant shine and modern appeal.

Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?

A gentle fade is normal with regular wear. To extend the life of your jewelry, we highly recommend 

·Avoiding contact with water, perfume, lotion, and cleaning products to protect delicate finishes.

· Putting on jewelry last and taking it off first to reduce exposure to moisture and friction.

· Storing each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box, away from sunlight and humidity.

· Gently cleaning with a soft dry cloth after wear—please avoid silver polish or ultrasonic cleaners, which may harm natural stones and pearls.

Are your pearls real?

Absolutely. We only use natural freshwater pearls, not synthetic or plastic imitations. Each pearl is unique in shape and luster, which makes every piece one of a kind.

Do you offer custom or personalized designs?

Currently, we focus on our curated collections. However, for larger orders or collaborations, feel free to contact us — we’re open to special requests!

Where are your products made?

All our jewelry is crafted in China at our trusted workshop. We oversee the full production process to ensure quality, ethics, and craftsmanship at every step.

Do your products contain nickel or allergens?

No. Our metals are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, suitable for most sensitive skin types.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our studio in China. We carefully pack each piece to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide, including to the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, and more.

How long will my order take to arrive?

 We process orders within 2-5 business days and shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders in the US take 7-15 business days to arrive, while international orders may take 10-18 business days. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on orders over $75
For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Also you can check real-time delivery progress via the "Track Order" function on our official website using your order number.

My package is delayed — what should I do?

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, or it’s been more than 20 business days, please reach out to us at oralyajewelry@outlook.com, and we’ll help you sort it out.

Warranty,Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused, unworn items with tags and original packaging.
  • Customized, engraved, and worn earrings are not eligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns for natural variations in pearls or gemstones unless there is a quality issue.
  • Return shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is defective).

What is your warranty policy?

  • We offer a 100-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, we provide free repair services for any quality-related issues.
  • Warranty includes:
    Manufacturing defects
    Detachment of components under normal use
    Plating fading or peeling not caused by chemical damage
  • Warranty does not cover:
    Damage due to misuse, impact, water or chemicals
    Lost items or intentional damage
    Normal signs of wear
  • Important:
    Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item for repair.
    Repairs beyond the 100-day warranty period are available for a repair fee plus shipping

What if my item is damaged or defective?

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  • If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

How do I start a return?

  • Please submit a return request by emailing us at oralyajewelry@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

What is your exchange policy?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the original item and place a new order for the one you want. Once your return is accepted, we’ll process your refund.

Can I return a personalized item?

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Engraved or customized products
  • Worn earrings (we only accept returns for unworn earrings)
  • Items sold as a set (must be returned as a full set)
  • Worn items or those returned more than once
  • Items without jewelry tags
  • Final sale items (unless required by law)
  • Baroque pearls and natural pearls
  • without quality issues

How do I cancel an order?

  • If your order has not shipped, email us as soon as possible.We will deduct a 5% processing fee for cancellations to cover non-refundable credit card fees.
  • For custom or engraved orders:
    Cancellation within 10 hours is free
    Cancellation within 10–24 hours: $2 fee
    Cancellation after 24 hours: $5 fee
  • Once your order has shipped or been delivered, we cannot cancel it.

Who is responsible for order details?

  • Please double-check your shipping address and order information before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or customer refusal.

What is deducted from my refund?

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (even if you received free shipping).
  • A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from all refunds.
  • For free-shipping orders, $10.98 will be deducted to cover our original shipping cost.

I haven’t received my refund yet — what should I do?

If it has been more than 15 business days since we received your return and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at oralyajewelry@outlook.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
